Task Manager Deleted

I Hope someone can help me with this, my computer i was
recently infected with the H.KLEZ.A virus, and for some
reason it deleted my task manager, i'm running windows XP
home on an intel p4 @ 2.1ghz. Whenever i hot ctrl+alt+del
the a command prompt appears, and then dissappears. It's
quite annoying, i need the task manager alot, and it's
quite annoying not having it there.
IF anyone could help me it would be great, thanks alot

Do a repair install of xp
