reset Read Only files on a CD-RW

I cannot reset a Read Only file attribute on a CD?

What causes the attribute to be set in the first place and how do I get rid
of it. When I copy the file to the hard disk - it does not exists?

You can't do that so when you copy files from the cd to your hard disk
they all will be 'read only' files,however you can change file
attributes of every file on a given folder with a software called
Change Properties Now! which you can get from:
http://www.asensoft.cjb.net/proinfo.htm
