I am running XP and having problems connecting to another
XP user using video/voice. How can I determine if there
is a firewall that I am not aware of that is causing this
problem?

Greetings Pam,
Well there isn't any specific way to know, however most likely there won't be one on your
side unless you installed it. You can ask your contact if they have one installed (examples
include Norton Internet Security, ZoneAlarm, Sygate, etc.). Routers are usually more of the
problem (either on your side or your contacts), you can't really "detect" these either (at
least not without asking them what their IP address is, etc.) without asking.
