I have been having trouble connecting with another user.
We both are running XP with SP2. Both systems have
routers that have NAT and both routers are connected to
the ISP over high speed lines (DSL in one case, cable in
the other). What should be done? The Knowledge Base
articles appear out of date.
Also, what is the highest frame rate that we may expect?
