CD-RW losing only write function, still reads

My CD-RW every now and again, loses the function to read
or write a blank cd-r or cd-rw. Any other disc, it reads
fine. When I insert a blank one, and try to accessa
writable folder it says "F DRIVE NOT ACCESSIBLE".
