Cant access old accounts

After a crash i=B4ve installed XP Pro on a new Hard Disk.
Now I want to access my old files on desktop of my old=20
user account. If I try to do so I get the message that I=20
cant access the directory ... I know my password but I=20
dont know how to get a screen where I could put it in for=20
access ...

Anyone an idea ??... I need my documents urgently ...
