I've seen this before. Does anyone else in your family
know your .net username and password? If so one of them
may be using it at the same time you're trying to log on.
If you also have a hotmail account that this username is
tied to you may not be able to log into hotmail either.
You may also have had this account hijacked by a hacker.
It's also possible that you signed into this account at
another location (like at work) and never signed out.
