I'm looking for a non-microsft IM that has whiteboard, video, voice, text
and app sharing. The latest move by MSFT to drop the PC phone option from
Messenger XP without warning is enough reason to look for alternatives. If
you know a project like this in the works please let me know. Thanks

Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).
Version: 6.0.483 / Virus Database: 279 - Release Date: 5/19/2003

Greetings,

The only thing I could really think of (although not an IM specifically), would be
Netmeeting.
