View Full Version : Task Bar & Start Menu Properties

Installed OS Windows XP HE version 2002 SP1
After performing Defrag I find that the "Hide inactive icons" does not
function. I confirmed that the "Hide inactive icons" box was still checked
on the "Task Bar & Start Menu Properties" after Defrag action was completed
but the facility will not operate. The only solution was to perform a
"System Restore" to a previous restore point where it was known that "Hide
inactive icons" was operating.
I have checked this anomaly a number of times on my computer with the same
result. Is this a bug in my installation or in Windows XP programme?
Derek
