To reinstall OE, right-click the msoe50.inf file in C:\Windows\inf and =
choose install.

Hi,

What you are needing to do is change the IsInstalled setting via the
registry to enable the reinstall. More info:

To reinstall the same customized OE installation package a second time, run
this edit then reinstall:

Enable Reinstallation of IE or OE (Line 114)

After running this edit, rename the CatRoot2 folder (Windows\CatRoot2) and
run the oe.inf (Windows\inf\MSOE50.INF).
