Open regedit to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities. Delete the key for that Identity.
Outlook Express will create a new one.

Hi,

Start/run, type in "regedit" (without the quotes) and click "ok". Expand =
by clicking the plus (+) signs to the key Mark indicated. Select the =
subfolder below that level for the key in the left hand pane that =
represents the identity causing you grief and delete it. Close the =
registry editor when finished and retry Outlook Express.
