Messenger and Norton Quirk

Since updating to version 4.7(2009) I cannot run Web Cleanup under Norton
System Works Web Tools with Messenger running in the background. It reports
that a browser is open and won't do anything. This is not a problem I need
help with so to speak, just an FYI.
