MSN Messenger disappeared after loged in ...

Hi,

This is really weird.
After I successfully installed my MSN Messenger 5.0
and I am able to see the MSN Messenger main windows pops
up and login to the default passport account assigned for
my XP user ...

after few seconds ... the main dialog disappeared and
the icon on the task bar is disappeared afterward ...

Why this? This is scary ...
Please help.
