Task Manager Disabled

When I Ctl-Alt-Del a message pops up that the Task Manager has been
disabled by my Administrator. I AM THE ADMINISTRATOR! I can't find
any way to re-able the Task Manager in XP Home. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Hi Ron,

Check your settings here: For Pro, Go to Start/Run and type in: gpedit.msc
Expand User config/Admin templates/System/CAD options. There is a setting
here that can toggle that option on/off.
