Hello:
When you right-click on a folder, then select Customize, Windows XP gives
you the option to apply a folder type template to the selected folder. The
templates include: Documents, Pictures, Photo Albums, Music, Music Artist,
Music Album and Videos.
Is it possible for the user to create custom folder templates with preset
detail views?
I've got two detail views for pictures and music files that I'd like to
have:
The music file template would show the following in details view: Name,
Size, Title, Album Title, Year, Track, Duration and Bit Rate.
The photos template would show the following in details view: Name, Size,
Camera Model, Date Picture Taken, Dimensions and Subject.
XP gives you the option to apply the details setting of the current folder
to all folders, but this is undesirable, because different folders contain
different file types, with different properties.
