Hey all, I rebooted my computer this evening and instead
of booting up i got a message that says
"Windows could not start because the following file is
missing or corrupt: \WINDOWS\SYSTEM\vgaoem.fon
You can attempt to repair this file by starting windows
setup using the original Setup CD-ROM. Select 'R' at the
first screen to start repair."
I tried to do what it said, but when I got to the repair
setup, all I got was a c:\ prompt and i have no idea what
to do with that. Did I get hit with a virus? What are
my options? Any help to put me in the right direction
would be GREATLY appreciated.
Thank you,
