Unwanted 'my music / pictures 'folders

Does anybody know how to permanently delete the My
Pictures and My Music folders? I try to do it but they
just reappear when I reboot the machine!

Right click Taskbar, selct Properties. Then pursue Start
Menu>Customize>Advanced. Scroll down the box that says "Start menu items"
and deslect those items. They should not appear on next boot-up.
