User Accounts

My rather bitter ex-girlfriend has changed all other user accounts to
"limited" and left her own as the "computer administrator" whilst also
password protecting it.

I need to remove her password as she has effectively locked away most of the
files and documents.

Can anyone help with a step by step procedure of how to do this???
