messenger/.net changed my "mailto" properties

I thought i would try messenger.....signed up for the
..net passport thingie and ever since my mailto licks open
a website instead of my outlook express.
I want my mailto to open my outlook express!!!!!!
What do i need to do?????

Greetings Wayne,

You can change the Program/site which your mailto links go to by opening up Internet
Explorer, click the Tools menu, then Internet Options, then Programs tab, and choosing
Outlook Express as the program for E-mail.
