Hello,

We are using Exchange 2000 to run Exchange Messenger. We are using the latest version of messenger that is available on the website. After installing Office XP I find that my Messenger becomes disabled as well as my account in AD. This seems to be intermittent, and I have uninstalled Office XP and am using the Office 2000, and I am still having the problem. Any suggestions besides reloading the pc. I'm not keen on using System Restore, I might just as well reload if that's the case, but I was trying to avoid doing that.

I have also uninstalled and reinstalled various versions or Messenger and nothing seems to work. I seem to be the only person having this problem in our network of 500 users. I tend to think that Messenger could be sending a "bad" cached password to the Exchange box, but I have no clue what to try next.
