desktop.ini? Please help!

[Tiff]

A desktop.ini file opens up everytime I reboot my system
and goes into windows... it reads:

[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell 32.dll,-
21787

Someone please tell me how to fix this?! Thank you!

set it's attribute to be hidden

Won't work, the file opens up automatically.

Type both of these into Start Run

attrib -r -s +h "%userprofile%\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\desktop.ini"
attrib -r -s +h "%allusersprofile%\Start =
Menu\Programs\Startup\desktop.ini"
