debug ??

i keep getting a popup window asking if i should debug?
its persistent in nature. what is this and what should i
do to stop this message!

Start Internet Explorer.
On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
On the Advanced tab, click to select the Disable Script Debugging check =
box in the Browsing section.
Uncheck Display a notification about every script error setting is =
displayed instead.
Click OK, and then restart Windows.

If the script error occurs on all pages, refresh your scripting engine:
