Need Help - Where is my CD/DVD player

Greetings! I have a Dell computer with 2.53 GHz CPU and 1024 MB of RAM with
Windows Home Edition XP. I had CD/DVD player in D drive. Today I installed a
Micro Advantage DVD +_ RW DVD and CD Rewritable Drive without in problem. It
was installed in D Drive. But I can not find CD/DVD Player in the computer.
What did I do wrong? I need help? With thanks.

Have you looked in "My Computer", hopefully on your Desktop, as an icon .
