I have a Dell 4600 with windows xp professional loaded.
I use AOL. I am trying to read and type e-mails in
Hebrew, but have not been successful. Any helpful info
would be most appreciated.

I've came across the same problem when trying to read and write in Korean. I will explain the method of which i did it, and hopefully, it'll help you the same way.

I installed the Korean language reading thinggy on IE (VIEW>ENCODING>MORE>KOREAN). After it installed, i went to the regional setup in control panel. i then progressed into adding a new language. now i can read, write, and et al in korean.
