Hi, I have a large network comprised primarily of
Win2000,WinXP professional stations, but one time I had
to go and buy a computer on the spur of the moment to
replace a dead one. I just picked up a compaq at the
local BestBuy and it came loaded with XP home. I have it
running on my network and use it every day. It runs
great.
I am not sure myself how much of a diff there is between
XP home and professional. I am running several Win 2000
servers and the XP home station connects to these servers
fine and prints and does everything fine.
Hope this helps.
