when i cold boot i only get 2 of 5 icons in my tray. all apps appear to be working. if i reboot i'll get a couple more icons. if i reboot a few more times i'll finally get em all. the volume is usually but not always the last to show. i've heard there is a line of code that i can put in boot.ini ? that will slow things down just enough that everything loads properly an the icons make it to the tray.
