Hello there

I recently purchased a Sony Microvault USB storage device
which (supposedly) uses drivers on XP.

However,my PC does not recognise the device which should
be self installing.

Any ideas where I might be going wrong...?

Thanks

Several reasons. Possibly your USB ports are disabled in the bios. The
device maybe faulty. Does this device require USB 2.0 standard? All
worth looking into.

Best of Luck

Hi Nick,

Are the USB ports enabled in the system BIOS yet?
