Hi
the abve message appeared on the scren but no hqrdwqre hqd
been installed. the programme could not find any drivers.
I am assuming that the hardware refered to is the CDRW
drive as this has disappeared from the hardware list. All
tha happens is that the CDRW indicator light is flashing
all the time.
the computer now takes 5 minutes to load windows
My help line says use the startup disk but this seems a
bit extreme as most of my programmes have passwords ect
and this will meen obtaining new ones which the supppliers
arereluctant to do
