Problem logging on with my yahoo mail address......

I have already got a account with a yahoo email address that I use on my
home pc. I have set up another yahoo account which I use on my pc at work.
Problem is that messenger will not let me sign in with this new yahoo
account, I have checked all my login details and they are fine as I can log
into the Yahoo web page. I know yahoo works as I have my home pc working
fine.

Is this something that Microsoft have brought in with the new version of
Messenger, forcing us to use a Hotmail address?

Can anyone help.

Sorted the problem. I had to go to www.passport.com to register my yahoo
email address first the confirm a email sent to my yahoo account and I was
away.

Hope this helps anyone else.
