Run Regedit. Find the following key:
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-1229272821-1645522239-682003330-1003\Software\Microsoft\
Windows\ShellNoRoam\MUICache

Right click and choose Modify. Name name it and press OK. Refresh your
desktop to see the change.

That's a user on your computer. Noone else will have that long number.

The hive under that number is mapped to HKEY_CURRENT_USER for the =
current logged on user.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell NoRoam\MUICache
