Why can't I download AOL IM on my XP machine? My
daughter has been driving me crazy about this.

Greetings Bob,
You should be able to, is there a particular error message that's coming up?
You can find AIM at http://www.aim.com.

Hi Bob,
You may have to ask AOL, but I believe you get this message if you fill in a birthdate in the
registration form that is 13 years of age or younger.
