Screen Sizing Problem

My friend has a problem that I can't fix.
Her screen size was somehow changed from 800X600, to 640X480... I know how to change it back, but I can't because everything is soooo big, you can't reach the OK button!
Somebody help me!, lol.

Just hit the ENTER button.
The OK is already selected.
If that fails, you may need to reload the video driver.
