Up until yesterday I've had no trouble downloading zip
files from the internet............
Win XP with MIE
Last night I tried to download a font.zip folder and got
a message 'the compressed (zipped) folder is
corrupted'.....or if I can convince it to download I get
the window open with the file showing but it won't let me
right click on it and when I try to move it it says 'no
files to move'
Please someone help me!
I've run my Norton doctors and virus scans with no
problems. I've updated all the automatic xp
updates...........
Thank you,
Dana

I've suddenly noticed that problem last night, every zip file I tried to
download downloaded but then wouldn't open, it complained the file was
corrupt. For some reason today it has been alright, pretty freaky.

Anyway, sometimes zip files can become corrupt when you download using
download accelerators like Flashget, that split the file up into mulitple
pieces. Try downloading using the normal internet explorer downloader
instead.

Hope this helps,
