I cannot figure out how to open an old file from
microsoft works word processor with a .wps extention.
Any answers?

Rerun Word or Office Setup and check for if you can install a text
converter for this file type.

Need to install the converter for wps files. Do a search on MS site for
"wps converter" in the MS Office section. I did this a couple of months
back, downloaded and installed a converter for wps files from 3.11 days and
it worked fine.

Need to install the converter for wps files. Do a search on MS site for
"wps converter" in the MS Office section. I did this a couple of months
back, downloaded and installed a converter for wps files from 3.11 days and
it worked fine.

You can right click on the file and open it with Word Pad,
it will have control characters mixed in the text. But
there are converters for most word processor programs to
open .wps files with out any loss of formatting...
I post some from MS just before I thought of this.

You can right click on the file and open it with Word Pad,
