Can't sign in to passport/messenger/hotmail
Can't access help pages for messenger/passport - Cannot
find server or DNS Error
I have had this account for almost 3 years with no
changes to the account name or password
I can access the internet and other sites and can receive
POP mail - no delays or errors
I installed the cumulative patch for IE and restarted my
computer before trying to sign in
All other updates to Windows are current
I reset all IE settings to default, Medium low security
for Internet
I ran the regsvr32 softpub.dll and regsvr32 jscript.dll
scripts
I cleared cache/temp files/cookies/history
I checked to make sure there was a passport attached to
my user account and there is
Disabling Norton Firewall has no effect
