Messenger error message

All of a sudden I am getting an error message i cannot
stop !

box comes up that says

for msmsgs.exe - entry point not found
The procedure entry point InterlockedIncbement
could not be located in the dynamic link library
Kernel32.dll !

What do I do now - Help
