I am a new XP user and have, in only 3 days, managed to encounter 2 unusual
problems with XP.
1. In Outlook Express when I switch from one email account to another OE
disappears and doesn't make the switch. Then when I try to open OE it will
not open. I have to restart the computer to get it back. This happens
about 50% of the time.
2. When I click on START to RESTART my computer it doesn't work until I
repeat the process the second time.
Are these bug for which there is a patch somewhere?
