HELP! Somehow the password I never entered has expired.
Since I never entered a password, I have no idea what it's
looking for, ergo I cannot change the password and I CANNOT
GET INTO MY COMPUTER!!!!! Microsoft Support (both phone
and website) has been of no help! Can anyone out there
help me?
