WebCam Freezing

After I or my wife click start camera it works fine for a
few mins or secs and then just freezes up. Then my wife
has to restart the computer. Any ideas?

It sounds like a bad webcam driver. Try updating the webcam drivers, either from whoever
makes the camera or from WindowsUpdate:
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com (see the drivers section after you scan for updates).

When I first got Windows XP I had this same problem. It turned out to be
Zone Alarm, but that was a while back. I don't know if the newest versions
of ZA do the same thing or not.
