I need help trying to fix my computer. I can't get into
any secure websites, like my online banking or my e-mail,
how do I fix this?

Maybe your internet / browser security settings are set that way. Check
under them and see if you can adjust accordingly. In IE ... Tools / Internet
Options / Security Tab

Please tell us what error messages (etc.) you get and what you have tried.
