Screen goes black, and re-appears constantly, then crashes to at times a different blue screen

okay, the computer juts all of a suddent, fades black, then comes back, with
some overlay problems then such.

Then it happens again several times, before ultimately leading to a blue
screen crash, which has been win32k.sys to any number of thinkgs

any suggestions?
