Backup for Home edition

Windows XP came already installed on my computer. Does anyone know
where to get the backup CD-ROM that they are talking about here:

Just trying to learn how to back up my computer. Any help is greatly
appreciated!!!

From the hardware manufacturer. If he does not deliver backup with
Windows you may not be able to get this tool but have to use a
third-party backup application.
