windows messenger video conversation

I can have a video conversation with everyone, until that
is I tried having a vdeo conversation with the person two
rooms away on my LAN. The router is PnP compliant and all
firewall configurations are in and working.Getting files,
and even instant message through windows messanger works,
just not voice or video. Any help would be
appreciated.You can assume I have tried the obvious.

What kind of router do you have? We've seen issues like this with some
Linksys routers.
