Can I set up a new user account in xp that will only load the basic services
instead of all the Extras like virus protection, firewall etc.
I want to do this so that running games is a bit smoother, games like GTA3
and Vice City are quite choppy, I`ve done a defrag etc to see if that helps
but the only thing that does is using ms config to switch all the services
off, but his is a pain to do when there must be a better way of doing it.
