Good luck with the answer to that one. I have a similar
problem on one of my three machines. The other two work
perfectly. I think there are a number of people with
this problem. I was on the phone with Microsoft
technical support for a grand total of two hours about
this problem. The first hour with the first stage of
their technical support and then another hour with a
second level of technical support with no resolution yet.
