clock probs

i cant seem to change the clock from GMT to normal, i
havent had to do it for years, and now that i need to i
cant remember.....

plzzzzz help. ty

Control Panel|REGIONAL AND LANGUAGE SETTINGS icon

Click the CUSTOMIZE button, then the TIME tab.
