Thanks Ryemonster,
It was worth a try. I had a look at the site, but it did
not have the required solution. As I indicated in the
problem, even with Zone Alarm firewall shut down, the
problem persisted, so it appears not to be related to the
Firewall. I will keep searching the Microsoft site and
see if there are other suggestions. I also checked and I
have the latest version of Windows Messenger (4.7) so
software upgrades is not the solution. Any suggestions
are welcome.
