internet explorer and some games not working right

When browsing the web, many graphics are not showing
correctly, or not at all, and some games are similarily
not displaying correctly. Not sure what could be wrong,
never had this problem before, but it started shortly
after I re installed windows.

Have you tried updating your video drivers? Windows may have written over
them when you re-installed.
