Format and use cd's like floppy

I have a new Time computerWith XP,
I cannot use the installed programme to format and write
to cd,s
the programme is Pinnacle instant cd/dvd
Can anyone help ?

In-CD should do the job. Are you using CDRs or CDRWs?
