Internet Explorer won't show sub windows

I have been stuck on this for weeks. When ever I click a link in IE that
opens another window or an address in an email in Outlook the frame of the
window shows up and but it never fills in with text--just keeps loading but
nothing. Can anyone help? Thanks, Erick

Go to Start/Run, and type:

REGSVR32 URLMON.DLL

Then open IE, Tools menu, Options, Program Tab, and click the "Reset Web
Settings" button
